Eat, Play, Stay whilst discovering what the Kiama region has to offer. With Kiama as the focal point; this collection of runs helps you explore the region that includes Minniamurra, Bombo and Gerringong.
Rather than heading straight to the coast we suggest taking the opportunity to squeeze in some Southern Highlands magic. Kick off this two day trip with a stop at Fitzroy Falls and a 10km run along the East and West Wing Tracks 📱 taking in the awe-inspiring views of Kangaroo Valley. From there, stop in at Kangaroo Valley or Berry for a post-run brunch and then onto Crooked River Cellar Door or Silos Estate (a little further south) or for an afternoon of wine tasting before making your way to the coast.
After a night in Kiama you've got three great run options the following day: Kiama to Minniamurra Return 📱, head North for a scenic out and back run that includes Cathedral Rocks and Boneyard Beach (13.2km ; Red).
Kiama to Gerringong 📱Head south for a one-way run that showcases the Kiama Blowhole and stunning coastal views finishing in Gerringong for brunch and a short train ride back to Kiama. (16.7km ; Blue)
To really stretch the legs tackle the whole Kiama Coastal Path 📱run starting in Minnamurra and run all the way to Gerringong (25km ; Blue).
